The measurements were taken on the running compressor, before and after treatment — at one and the same pressure of 3.8 kgf/cm².

Conclusion of the certificate

The commission of Dneprometiz JSC and Azurit Ltd recorded: the use of XADO technology® makes it possible to raise the output of equipment and thereby extend its service life and lengthen the intervals between repairs, to prevent wear of new equipment, and to successfully treat compressors by XADO technology® in normal operating service, with guaranteed savings on energy. The compressor was neither disassembled nor taken out of service — the treatment was carried out on the machine in operation, and the check measurements were taken in the same mode as the initial ones. The certificate recommends XADO technology® for further adoption at the plant and for inclusion in the system of scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment.

The results apply to the PKS 1.75U compressor treated in normal operating service at Dneprometiz JSC; on other machines and in other operating modes the figures may differ. The work was performed and the certificate drawn up by the contractor Azurit Ltd. The original certificate of 10.01.2001 with signatures and stamps is published in full and available for download.
