Findings of the commission of PATP Stupino

The engines were running with wear of up to 80 %, and on bus T 642 mkh cylinder 2 held a collapsed 5.8 against 10.3-11.8 on the other seven: after treatment it came up to 10.5, with most of the gain arriving not on the day of treatment but over the following 13 days of ordinary scheduled service. The enterprise commission recorded: 1). The compression and oil pressure figures obtained after treating the engines with the XADO restorative compound indicate improved engine operation, despite their substantial wear over long service. 2). The effectiveness of XADO motor oil and revitalizant gels is confirmed not only by the engine parameters before and after treatment, but also by smoother engine running and by improved throttle response and power in service.

The results relate to petrol engines of PAZ buses that had used up a significant part of their service life, and to urban scheduled-service conditions; on other equipment the figures may differ. The original report is published in full and available for download. The treatment was carried out by the Moscow Representative Office of XADO LLC — the product supplier.
