Consumption was compared using the plant's electricity meter at rated output: three days of measurements before treatment and three days after.

Commission findings

The unit had served the plant for fifteen years; before treatment the rear bearing of the electric motor was replaced — the new one had considerable play. After treatment, noise and vibration dropped substantially, and the bearing temperature conditions are normal. The commission recorded: the positive results achieved demonstrate the effectiveness of applying XADO® technology to the industrial equipment of OJSC Trostyanets Meat Processing Plant. XADO® technology makes it possible to: 1. Increase equipment output and reduce energy costs. 2. Extend equipment service life without replacing assemblies and parts. 3. Extend the equipment overhaul interval. 4. Reduce the cost of routine repairs. 5. Extend oil service life, prevent wear and optimise clearances in mechanisms. The commission recommends introducing scheduled preventive treatment by XADO® technology instead of scheduled routine servicing and extending it to other units of the plant.
