What the report records
The report of M-Stroy JSC dated 03.09.2002, drawn up after the service period, records: "vibration and engine noise level decreased, throttle response improved". Compression rose in all four cylinders: 9.5-10 → 11.5-12.5, and the second cylinder, the weakest before treatment, climbed together with the rest. This is the mechanism at work: a metal-ceramic layer built up on the worn surfaces of the cylinder-piston group, sealing was restored and with it the power and the even running of the engine — precisely the drop in noise and vibration that the commission described in words. The engine had covered 134 842 km and had been neither disassembled nor repaired: the treatment was performed with three tubes of revitalizant gel on a vehicle in ordinary service. The follow-up measurement was taken after a further 3810 km of running — the result holds up under load rather than fading within the first few hundred kilometres after the product is added.
The results relate to the 21083 petrol engine of a VAZ-21093 vehicle in routine service; on other engines and under other operating conditions the figures may differ. The original report dated 03.09.2002, with signatures and seal, is published in full and available for download.
