Timing was taken on a measured dose of 500 g of fuel at 1000 rpm and a temperature of 40 °C — the method was identical on both vehicles; the last column is quoted from the conclusions of the reports themselves.

Conclusions of the reports

Both reports were approved by the Technical Director of Ukrelektromash JSC and certified with the stamps of the customer and the contractor. The commission recorded: for the KAMAZ truck — «The economic effect amounted to 21.02 %», for the MAZ truck — «The economic effect amounted to 20.27 %». Behind both wordings lies one and the same measured fact: after the restorative repair of the engine using XADO technology®, the engine works through a measured dose of 500 g of fuel 1 min 15 s-1 min 22 s longer than before the treatment — at the same mode of 1000 rpm and at the same temperature of 40 °C. In other words, on the same amount of fuel the engine runs longer: the hourly consumption at this mode decreased. The result was repeated on two trucks of different makes, treated in a single cycle in December 2000 — and this is what sets it apart from a single lucky measurement.

The results relate to the engines of the KAMAZ and MAZ trucks of the transport shop of Ukrelektromash JSC; the measurements were taken at 1000 rpm and a temperature of 40 °C, and under other operating modes and conditions the figures may differ. The originals of both technical reports dated 06.02.2001, with signatures and stamps, are published in full and available for download.
