What these documents are
372 industrial test reports from 18 countries, 1998–2021. Each was drawn up by a commission of the plant itself, signed by its members and stamped. We neither commissioned these tests nor took part in them: the commission that signed the document answers for its content, our job is to show it in full and not distort it.
We neither retell nor summarise: a full scan of the original sits under every case — open it, read it, download it. No figure, reservation or signature has been removed.
Geography
How the tests were run
On working equipment, not in a laboratory. Measurements were taken on the plant's own machines in normal service. Treatment runs without disassembly and without taking the unit out of operation.
A measurement before and a measurement after. The same parameters with the same instruments — compression gauge, vibrometer, sound level meter, clamp meter, gear tooth gauge, micrometer. Where the commission cited a standard, the reference is quoted on the card.
Running time between measurements. Revitalisation is gradual, so the second measurement follows hundreds of operating hours or thousands of kilometres — as stated in the report.
Where the figure on a card comes from
From the document only. If the commission's conclusion says “growth of 10–20 %”, the card shows 10–20 — even when recomputing from the measurement table gives more.
The range is computed per cylinder or measuring point. Where some showed no growth or a drop, the caption says so plainly.
Compression has a ceiling — the factory nominal. Treatment returns the engine to its rated figures, it does not exceed them: a worn unit gains more, one close to nominal gains less. Cylinders of one engine wear differently, and after treatment compression usually evens out across them — which is why the card shows the spread next to the gain.
A typo is still possible. Wherever a card and the scan differ, the scan is right — it sits next to the card and opens in one click.
What we do not claim
These are industrial tests on working equipment, not laboratory or certification trials. The result is not guaranteed: it depends on the condition of the machine, its duty cycle, the oil and the quality of treatment. A worn unit gains more, one close to nominal gains less.
Most reports have no untreated control machine, and we do not hide it — every card states what its own report was missing.
Treatment does not replace repair. Parts with terminal wear, cracks or chipping must be replaced.
The catalogue is not a public offer, a commercial proposal or a promise of any particular result on your equipment.
How to check for yourself
Open the original under any case: it carries the plant name, the machine model and serial number, dates, the names and signatures of the commission members, and the stamp. We edit none of it.
Names of the technology and the “current equivalent”
En las actas de distintos años una misma tecnología aparece con denominaciones diferentes: «РВС», «tecnología РВС», «ХАДО РВС», «tecnología ХАДО», «revitalizante», «gel». Son nombres de una única tecnología de revitalización ХАДО, vigentes en el año de redacción del documento. Los reproducimos tal como figuran en el acta, sin sustituir nada.
The “Current equivalent” block on a card is our selection by component type from the present range, not a quotation from the document. Dose rates and the number of stages are quoted from instruction IE-24.6-25612000-005-2008.
Names and personal data
The documents carry the names and signatures of commission members — they are part of the document, and without them it would stop being evidence. We do not collect this data separately, build no lists from it and pass it to no one. If you are named in a document and want your data hidden, write to us and we will remove it.
Rights
Rights to the documents belong to the plants that drew them up; they are published as evidence of testing. XADO and the product names are trademarks of their owner. The catalogue may be cited freely with a reference to the source.
Found a mistake
Tell us — we will check it against the original and either correct it or withdraw the case. A case whose test procedure was compromised is withdrawn even when its figures look good: that has already happened to one document in this collection. Reach us via xado.com.
