Controller

The site owner and the controller of personal data processing is the legal entity whose particulars are set out below. All enquiries relating to data processing are to be directed to the e-mail address indicated.

Data processed

The site contains no registration or subscription forms. There is a single application form — the pilot programme pop-up placed on the site pages; the terms of processing application data are set out in the section “Consent to the processing of application data” below. No accounts are created, no visitor files are accepted, no payments are handled.

• Request data. On access to the site the browser transmits the IP address, the browser and operating system versions, the interface language, the address of the referring page and the time of the request. These data are processed by the hosting provider for page delivery and protection against abuse.
• Web analytics data. Anonymised visit statistics: pages opened, files downloaded, country, referral source. No visitor identification is performed.

Web analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 in a configuration without data storage on the visitor's device: the “client_storage” parameter is set to “none”, consent mode is “denied” for all categories. Neither the site nor the analytics tag sets cookies; browser local storage is not used. In addition, the Cloudflare Web Analytics tag is used: it sets no cookies and does not use browser storage; the data are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).

Consequence of this configuration: the analytics tag does not link separate requests of the same visitor. The number of page views and document downloads is collected, not the behaviour of an individual person.

Hosting and data transfer

The site is hosted on the Cloudflare Pages platform (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Requests are processed on the servers of the provider's global network, therefore request data leave the territory of Ukraine. The provider acts as a processor on the controller's instructions.

Web analytics data are processed by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) with possible transfer to Google LLC (USA). Data are transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC participate.

Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself. The web-analytics counters (Google and Cloudflare) and the application form's protection against automated submissions (Cloudflare) are loaded from third-party servers.

Legal basis and retention periods

The basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining the operability and security of the site and in assessing the demand for the materials published. Separate consent is not required for the processing, since no data are written to the visitor's device.

Access logs are retained by the hosting provider no longer than the period established by its policy. Anonymised statistics are retained in the web analytics service in accordance with the service settings.

Consent to the processing of application data

The site pages carry a single application form — the pilot programme pop-up. By submitting the form, the applicant consents to the processing of the data it contains: organisation name, contact person and position, e-mail address, telephone, country, the assembly for pilot treatment or the field of activity, and the description of equipment and objective where filled in.

Application data are used to communicate on that application and are not transferred to third parties. Providers of e-mail and message delivery act as processors on the controller's instructions. Consent is withdrawn and application data are deleted on request to the e-mail address indicated in the particulars. Application data are stored on the controller's server in Finland (Hetzner Online GmbH) until the correspondence on the application is completed, but no longer than three years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted.

Application forms are checked by the Cloudflare Turnstile service to protect them against automated submissions; the service is not used for advertising or for tracking visitors.

Data subject rights

The data subject has the right to request information on the processing of their data, its rectification or erasure, to restrict the processing or object to it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at their place of residence or of the alleged infringement.

A request is to be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the particulars. A reply is provided within the period established by the applicable legislation.

Site materials

Rights to the industrial test reports belong to the enterprises that signed them. The documents are published as evidence of the tests carried out. Names and positions of commission members are given as stated in the original documents, since they form an integral part of the report.
