Site ownership, the data processed during a visit, and the exercise of data subject rights.

Controller

The site owner and the controller of personal data processing is the legal entity whose particulars are set out below. All enquiries relating to data processing are to be directed to the e-mail address indicated.

Data processed

The site contains no registration, subscription or feedback forms. No accounts are created, no visitor files are accepted, no payments are handled.

• Request data. On access to the site the browser transmits the IP address, the browser and operating system versions, the interface language, the address of the referring page and the time of the request. These data are processed by the hosting provider for page delivery and protection against abuse.
• Web analytics data. Anonymised visit statistics: pages opened, files downloaded, country, referral source. No visitor identification is performed.

Web analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 in a configuration without data storage on the visitor's device: the "client_storage" parameter is set to "none", consent mode is "denied" for all categories. Neither the site nor the analytics tag sets cookies; browser local storage is not used.

Consequence of this configuration: the analytics tag does not link separate requests of the same visitor. The number of page views and document downloads is collected, not the behaviour of an individual person.

Hosting and data transfer

The site is hosted on the Cloudflare Pages platform (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Requests are processed on the servers of the provider's global network, therefore request data leave the territory of Ukraine. The provider acts as a processor on the controller's instructions.

Web analytics data are processed by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) with possible transfer to Google LLC (USA).

Fonts, images and interface scripts are hosted on the site itself and are not loaded from third-party services.

Legal basis and retention periods

The basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining the operability and security of the site and in assessing the demand for the materials published. Separate consent is not required for the processing, since no data are written to the visitor's device.

Access logs are retained by the hosting provider no longer than the period established by its policy. Anonymised statistics are retained in the web analytics service in accordance with the service settings.

Data subject rights

The data subject has the right to request information on the processing of their data, its rectification or erasure, to restrict the processing or object to it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at their place of residence or of the alleged infringement.

A request is to be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the particulars. A reply is provided within the period established by the applicable legislation.

Site materials

Rights to the industrial test reports belong to the enterprises that signed them. The documents are published as evidence of the tests carried out. Names and positions of commission members are given as stated in the original documents, since they form an integral part of the report.
