Treatment methods
Twenty-four methods from the XADO factory instruction IE-24.6-25612000-005-2008: what is treated, what to measure before and after, with which instrument, the compound dose rate and what running time between stages. The text follows the document; dosage rates are quoted verbatim. Source document is in Russian.

Instruction appendices
- General Provisions of the XADO TechnologyThe introductory section of the factory instruction: the essence of the XADO technology, the purpose and properties of XADO revitalizant gels, the product range under TU U 24.6-25612000-002-2002, and the list of units for which they are recommended. This section is to be read before selecting a treatment procedure for a specific unit.
- XADO revitalizant gel consumption ratesThis appendix specifies the charge rate of XADO revitalizant gel per one litre of standard oil and the number of treatment stages for each type of mechanism. It is used to calculate the amount of compound before treating industrial equipment and internal combustion engines with an oil system capacity of more than 30 litres.
- Repair of hydraulic machines on a test benchThe appendix defines the procedure for restorative repair of axial-piston and radial-piston hydraulic machines with XADO revitalizants on a hydraulic test bench. It applies to the treatment of pumps and hydraulic motors removed from the machine and mounted on the bench.
- Tooth Thickness Measurement DiagramThe appendix defines the diagram and procedure for measuring the tooth thickness of an involute gear drive at the constant chord. It is used when inspecting tooth wear of spur and helical gear drives.
- Compression measurement in cylindersThis appendix establishes the procedure for measuring compression in the cylinders of an internal combustion engine. It applies both to preparing the engine for measurement and to performing the measurement itself with a compression gauge.
- Measuring Combustion Pressure in CylindersAppendix 5 sets out the procedure for measuring combustion pressure in the cylinders of locomotive and marine diesel engines by means of a maximeter connected through an indicator cock. Measurements are taken on a warmed-up engine under load, cylinder by cylinder.
