Compressor ВЕ-6/13

Reciprocating compressor with a 20 l oil system. Treatment in three stages through the crankcase, without taking the machine out of service.

ВЕ-6/13 reciprocating air compressor, 20 l oil system

The class norm is 1.5 ml per litre; the same amount is used here, but the top-up oil is dosed at the increased rate of 2.0 ml/l. Piston compressors →

What is measured before and after

ParameterInstrumentHow and when
Output — filling time of a separate receiverstopwatch, calibrated pressure gaugeFrom the same initial pressure to the same final pressure, with the shut-off valves in good order.
Power consumption or current at no load and under loadclamp meter, wattmeterPhase by phase. The standard pointer instruments are unsuitable — they lack sensitivity.
Oil pressure at a fixed operating temperaturestandard calibrated pressure gauge
Vibration level at fixed points on the framevibration meterThe points are at the crankshaft main bearings.
Air temperature at the outlet of each stagethermometerAt the same ambient temperature.

Dosage rates

CompoundRateHow and when
Gel for compressors and bearings1.5 ml per 1 litre of the standard oil per stage20 l system: 90 ml for the full cycle (10 tubes of 9 ml, 3 + 3 + 4).
The same gel — top-up compensation2.0 ml per 1 litre of added oilFor the first 200 hours, so that the concentration does not fall.

Treatment stages

  1. In a separate vessel, dilute the gel in the standard oil heated to 50–60 °C (1 part gel to 5–10 parts oil), stir until fully dissolved and introduce into the crankcase of the warmed-up compressor.Start of the cumulative operating-time count
  2. The second stage is the same as the first. After 8–12 hours of cumulative operating time
  3. The third stage is the same as the first. After a further 8–12 hours of operating time
