What is treated
- A serviceable compressor with no parts worn 100 % and no mechanical damage.
- Oil leaks eliminated, filter elements washed or replaced.
- Treatment is carried out in place, without disassembling the compressor.
What is measured before and after

Dosage rates

Treatment stages
- In a separate vessel, dilute the gel in the standard oil heated to 50–60 °C (1 part gel to 5–10 parts oil), stir until completely dissolved and add to the crankcase of the warmed-up compressor.Start of the total running-time count
- The second stage — the same as the first.After 8–12 hours of total running time
- The third stage — the same as the first.After another 8–12 hours of running time
After treatment
- The treatment is complete after 450 hours of total running time.
- The measurements are repeated in full and compared with the initial ones.
Points to watch
- Cylinder-piston groups with graphite and flubon (antifriction polymer composite materials) piston rings are not subject to treatment.
- Replace the oil in the crankcase if its residual service life is less than 30 %.
- For new compressors — 2 stages through the crankcase and 200 hours through the lubricator.
